Legendary NYC tailor and cultural icon designer Daniel Day, also known as Dapper Dan teamed up with Gucci to launch a collection inspired by the 80s and 90s. Staying true his Harlem roots, he made a collection that is nostalgic, inspiring, and trendy. The collection is now exclusively available at the brand first shop in the heart of SoHo.

Felipe Olivera Baptista, Lacoste’s Creative Director, was inspired by “a tennis match on the rooftop of the Villa Malaparte”.
Lacoste’s 2017 Spring/Summer Collection featured hoodies, sweaters, and various types of outerwear (from raincoats, anoraks, and even long robes). Many models were seen pairing these tops with sweatpants creating a look centered around comfort. The Lacoste brand, originating from tennis and normally catering to a preppy vibe, seemed to take on a much more street oriented style for this show. One example is the appearance of the all white Lacoste sneakers on every male model. This shows us that white shoes really do go with everything. Color was also abundant with navy blues and olive greens in many of the outfits. The use of these color really added some pop to many of the outfits neutral colorways. Lacoste took a more casual approach for their 2017 Spring/Summer collection straying away from its usual preppy clothing. This time they focused on coziness and simplicity to create outfits that truly are worthy of the Villa Malaparte, all the while being ready for everyday wear on city streets.

The Quiet Life's just dropped their Spring lookbook and collection later this week, With the help of LA-based photographer, Dan Monick. The Garvanza collection is named after the historic area in the Highland Park neighborhood in Los Angeles. Garrett Leight California Optical and Want Les Essentiels unveiled their very first capsule collection. Together the collection consists of two frames and one sun clip. The two brands worked together to create a limited edition of GLCO’s Wilson frame. Collaborating together to add their unique signature details to each pieces, such as the alternating gold and silver detail on GLCO eyewear hinges and on Want Les Essentiels zippers. The designers aimed to create a universal sunglass frame that is unisex.

BEAUTY & YOUTH teamed up with adidas Originals’s premium Consortium line for a seasonal take on the Superstar 80v silhouette. Although a limited edition, there is not much change to the sneaker. Still keeping the iconic low-top with the the lacing midsole and Three Stripes branding. A great addition to the shoes is the gold branding of "Superstar" giving that minimal feel to the footwear.
